By accessing or using the NetFiscus website, applications, and services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

Users are responsible for the accuracy of their data, and NetFiscus is not liable for errors or omissions in user-provided content.

NetFiscus reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account and access to the Service at its discretion, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, the right to use the Service will immediately cease, and any outstanding credit balances will be forfeited.
NetFiscus may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
